After an absolutely incredible weekend of awesome music and so much fun Muston’s has now closed its doors for the last time 😔My heart is heavy today because so much love, work and dedication went into making it the wonderful unique venue the town deserved but in the end too many restrictions were against us, having to shut our yard at the ridiculous time of 6pm all year round, call last orders at 10.30pm and shove all our lovely customers promptly out by 11pm sharp (a building regulation imposed by the council just for Muston’s, no other venue in the town has this) the constant worry of the continual noise complaints regardless of how much we tried to be considerate was mentally draining, but our local customers were understanding, they knew the drill and massively supported us in keeping the noise down, so thank you all for how much you tried 🙏 The love and support we have had this weekend has been phenomenal, we relaxed our rules for the Fringe to give you all the best memories and I hope you will all keep them close to your heart.
